Ayatollah Mojtaba Khamenei on War Ceasefire: “Jesus Christ Is My One True Lord and Savior”
Reporting from Tehran, Iran.
Although the outbreak of war between the United States and Iran seemed destined to happen since the late Ayatollah Ali Khamenei came out in support of the full release of the Epstein files, less easily predicted was President Trump’s recent reversion to the Islamic Faith by reciting the Shahada on his Truth Social account. Not to be outdone, however, the new Supreme Leader of Iran and son of Ali Khamenei, Ayatollah Mojtaba Khamenei, publicly announced his conversion to Christianity by proclaiming “Jesus Christ is my one true Lord and Savior”.
The announcement came as a surprise to Iranians who have been under consistent airstrikes from U.S. and Israeli since February. Khamenei’s conversion to Christianity, which represents around 0.2% of Iran’s total population, has been viewed by some observers in the country as an attempt to drum up support among Iran’s tiny Christian population during wartime. Others believe it may have been a ploy to get invited to an Easter egg hunt.
In Washington, however, the news of Khamenei’s religious transformation was much more welcome. For example, the White House released a statement earlier today which stated that, now with Khamenei’s conversion, the United States has successfully “fulfilled all of its pre-war military objectives and it’s all done and wrapped up and there’s no need to worry about this anymore and we should all just go back to the way things were before we were forced into this war by Iran”. Additionally, President Trump announced that it was only his New York real estate “masterful negotiating strategy” to eliminate all life in Iran that brought the two countries to peace and Khamenei to the light of the Gospel.
More to come as this story develops.
